In honor of all those who have helped our business grow and to get to where it is today, we wish to give back to the community! Do you know a deserving couple you’d like to nominate to win the services of a Wedding Planner/Designer/Coordinator? Are you planning your event, and required the  guidance of a wedding professional to make your wedding vision a reality? Then, this contest is for you! 



HOW TO ENTER: 
All that is required to enter is a brief narrative of the couple’s history (to include an explanation as to why they should win the assistance of a wedding planner), along with a picture of the engaged couple, and a wedding date and location (even if tentative). Please send the aforementioned to eyushan@orderandorganization.com.

Entries must be received no later than March 1st, 2016.

Happily Ever After Begins Here Contest

HOW IT WORKS:
Entries will be accepted from January 19th to March 1st.

On March 5th, all photos and stories will be posted on our Facebook page, within the contest album, where each couple will begin earning "likes" for their photo and story. The voting phase will be open until March 25th at 11:59pm.

The Top 5 entries with the most votes will be reviewed by a panel of Wedding Professionals who are among the best in their fields, and who have been faithful mentors and business partners of Order and Organization Events. 

The winner will be announced on March 31st, 2016.



GRAND PRIZE:

The winning couple will receive the basic wedding planner package courtesy of Order and Organization Events ($2,500 value) + a custom wedding cake courtesy of Rebekah Naomi Cake Design ($800 value)!



RULES & REGULATIONS:
1. Contestants must live within the DC Metropolitan Area (within 50 miles from Burke, VA 22015). Each entry must include a wedding date and location (even if tentative).
2. Contestants must have a wedding date (even if tentative) between May 1st and December 21st.
3. Prize Regulations: Order and Organization Events will work with the winning couple to plan the entire wedding from beginning to end. We will make all arrangements according to the couple’s needs and specifications, within the couple’s budget. We will be present for the entire wedding day to Coordinate, and manage all wedding vendors. This includes all services agreed upon by the wedding planner and couple at the first consultation. The prize does not include any costs associated with outside wedding vendors (e.g.: venue fees, catering, photography, florals, bakery, stationery, etc.) 
4. Wedding services provided are subject to the planner’s availability.
5. Brides must not already have a contracted wedding planner or coordinator. 
6. Winning couples shall agree to allow Order and Organization Events to feature their wedding, planning details, photos & videos on our website, Facebook, and other marketing materials.  I.e., submissions become the property of Order and Organization Events and can be used in any marketing materials at any time.
7. Prize is not redeemable for cash or other planning services.
8. Only one entry will be allowed per couple.
9. Winners must sign a contract to include specified contest rules.
10. Failure to comply with rules may result in entrant’s disqualification. 
11. The winning couple has 48 hours to accept the Free Giveaway.
12. In the event that the winning couple is disqualified, Order and Organization Events will contact the runner-up.
